desserts, confectionaries, canned foods, pickled vegetables and sugarless
candies. Skyland Stevia products are also blended for consumer retailing
and for pharmaceutical coatings.
Skyland products are manufactured into a variety of
sweetness strengths by adjusting the Stevioside glycosides ratio relative
to the intensely sweet Rebaudioside-A glycosides. Pure Stevia extracts are
200–350x sweeter than sugar. Consumer blends are 3–4x sweeter than tabletop
